Focus Fitness of the Main Line is a boutique Yoga, Spinning and Pilates studio servicing Philadelphia’s Main Line. Classes offered in the studio utilize these three disciplines to create a workout that benefits one's mind, body and soul, motivating you to obtain your goals. We are centrally located in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania between Bala Cynwyd and Wayne.
A unique offering at Focus Fitness of the Main Line is the “YeS” class, Owner, Allison Sobel’s, signature combination Yoga and Spinning class. The intense cardio of indoor cycling is followed by the meditative and restorative element of yoga. This class is perfect for busy individuals who want to challenge and invigorate the body and mind in a single hour.
We appeal to all fitness levels, from the beginner to the iron man. Seasoned athletes will get the challenging physical and mental workouts they have been looking for. Newcomers will enjoy working out at their own pace, in a warm, inviting, non-competitive environment. We embrace many schools of Hatha Yoga including: Anusara, Ashtanga, Hot, Kripalu, Power, Pranakriya, Vinyasa and Yin. All workouts are expertly taught, leaving you strong, refreshed and ready to tackle life’s next challenge.
